Every year, Fiesta Broadway becomes much more than a festival: it is a gathering place where Latino culture is celebrated with pride and where music brings generations together. Recognized as the largest Cinco de Mayo celebration in America, it has become one of the most emblematic traditions in Los Angeles.
In 2026, Fiesta Broadway celebrates its 33rd edition, reaffirming a history that for decades has filled Downtown Los Angeles with music, color, and joy.

On Sunday, April 26, thousands of people will once again gather in the heart of the city, along Broadway between 1st and 4th Street, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., to enjoy a day full of entertainment, tradition, and community in a family-friendly atmosphere.
This year’s festival especially feels like a homecoming, as tried and true classics return. The event will be hosted by renowned singer, actor, and television presenter Robert Avellanet, alongside television host Marcella González.

Attendee favorites like Lucha Libre are back in force. Fans can witness the high-flying masked wrestling act right on Broadway. “Lucha Libre has become one of the most exciting and successful elements of Fiesta Broadway… attendees can meet the luchadores as they visit and interact with guests at participating booths. It creates a really unique, immersive experience,” says Luis Medina, Executive Producer of Fiesta Broadway.
This edition of the festival is supported by Councilmember Ysabel Jurado (CD14) and Councilmember Curren Price (CD9). In coordination with LAPD and LAFD, the event is being organized to provide a safe and well-coordinated experience for all attendees.

Fiesta Broadway 2026 is also made possible by Cedars-Sinai, Curacao, Jumex, Procter & Gamble (P&G), and Denny’s. Additionally, the event will feature the FIFA “100 Days Until Kickoff” activation, bringing the excitement of global soccer to the festival ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026, which will include Los Angeles as one of its host cities. The festival’s famous Latin Food Court also returns with favorites like pupusas, elote, and tacos.

Other returning mainstays include the kids playzone sponsored by Mi Producto Favorito, making this year’s market a great way to support local businesses and get a few reps in with a shopping bag or two.
Fiesta Broadway Continues to Grow
As a new feature this year, the festival will introduce La Feria de la Mujer, a dedicated space celebrating the women of our community. Hosted by Lianna Grethel, this new pavilion centers on women’s well-being, beauty, self-care, and empowerment, showcasing services and brands that specifically support Latina women.

The festival has only continued to grow, having brought in major sponsors like McDonalds, Pepsi, Tajin, Verizon, and La Colombe in recent years. In 2026, prospects are looking just as good with media partners like Univision, Estrella TV, SBS, Audacy, and DTLA Weekly.
Fiesta Broadway is free to attend and fun for all ages, April 26th, 2026.
