Sabrina Carpenter is on Fire: LA Gets Six More Chances to See Pop’s Hardest-Working Star

Sabrina Carpenter has been dazzling audiences around the globe for over a year now. The Short and Sweet tour kicked off last September and blossomed into a worldwide phenomenon, prompting an extension of the tour announced in February to meet overwhelming demand. With the smash success of Man’s Best Friend and a fresh Grammy nomination under her belt, Sabrina Carpenter is busier and more in demand than ever. The newly added tour dates come as no surprise for a pop star whose momentum shows no signs of slowing. And while fame keeps her calendar packed, Sabrina is no stranger to hard work; her last globe-trotting Emails I Can’t Send Tour had her lighting up stages for nearly 11 months straight. From the T.V to the stage the Icon has been pushing toward musical success since her first album Eyes Wide Shut ten years ago. The fruits of her labour are well deserved as she takes the Short N Sweet tour for a victory lap.

Stop You’re Under Arrest!

The Short n’ Sweet Tour hasn’t just captivated fans with Sabrina Carpenter’s powerhouse vocals, it’s also become a viral sensation thanks to her ever-evolving onstage antics. Most recently, the pop star made headlines after “arresting” Stranger Things actor Joe Keery for being “too hot,” part of a recurring bit where she playfully calls out audience members (and occasionally celebrities) for the same “offense.” It’s the latest clever twist from a performer who first went viral for her cheeky, improvised outros to her hit song Nonsense.

The playful “arrest” didn’t just send the crowd into hysterics, it also set the internet ablaze with dating rumors. After the show, Sabrina and Joe Keery followed each other on Instagram, fueling speculation that the onstage flirtation might’ve sparked something offstage too.

Sabrina’s Suite

The stage for Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Tour is reminiscent of a Barbie Dream house. The show unfolds inside a retro-inspired “penthouse apartment,” complete with mid-century modern furniture, a two-story layout, a cozy fireplace, and even a cheeky heart-shaped toilet. Steeped in 1960s nostalgia, the world of Short n’ Sweet is playful, fun, and just the right amount of sexy.

The Short n’ Sweet Tour is classic Sabrina Carpenter: equal parts spectacle, satire, and sincerity. Each night, she turns the stage into her own Technicolor sitcom, blending dazzling choreography, sharp humor, and powerhouse vocals into one seamless production. The setlist moves effortlessly between bubblegum pop bangers and vulnerable ballads, all underscored by Carpenter’s trademark charm and self-aware wit. Cheeky, self-aware, and dazzlingly confident he Short n’ Sweet Tour feels like an extension of starlets personality.
