Gourmet Touchdowns at 8th Annual Masters Of Taste Coming to the RoseBowl

The hallowed turf of the Pasadena Rose Bowl Stadium is set to transform into a gourmet paradise on Sunday, April 19, 2026, for the eighth annual Masters of Taste. This premier luxury food and beverage festival invites guests to step onto the iconic field from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM for an afternoon of unparalleled culinary exploration.

Beyond the high-end tastings, the event carries a powerful mission, as 100% of the proceeds directly benefit Union Station Homeless Services, a non-profit that has spent over 52 years providing housing and essential support for thousands of neighbors in need.

Leading the event this year are the 2026 Host Chefs, the acclaimed husband-and-wife duo Thomas and Vanessa Tilaka Kalb. As the founders of the beloved Agnes Restaurant & Cheesery in Old Pasadena, the Tilaka Kalbs have made a significant mark on the modern dining scene with their refined, ingredient-driven approach.

Their cooking is rooted in a farm-to-table philosophy that prioritizes seasonal Californian comfort food and deep connections with local farmers and producers. Renowned for their mastery of cheese and exceptional hospitality, their leadership ensures that the festival will be guided by a high level of culinary excellence.

Field of Goals

Following the massive success of the sold-out 2024 festival, the 2026 event expects to draw over 3,000 enthusiasts to experience a spectacular spread of flavors from over 100 top Culinary Masters and restaurants.

Attendees can look forward to savory dishes that highlight the diversity of Los Angeles’ dining scene, followed by decadent treats from the city’s premier Sweet Masters. To wash it all down, the Beverage Masters will showcase signature handcrafted cocktails from over 25 spirit brands, alongside selections from local craft breweries, select wineries, and specialty cold-pressed juice and coffee purveyors. Live entertainment will round out the atmosphere, creating a vibrant celebration of community and craft.

The impact of this gathering extends far beyond the stadium walls. Over the last seven years, Masters of Taste has raised more than $3.5 million to support the life-changing work of Union Station Homeless Services. The organization is the lead County agency for Service Planning Area 3 (SPA 3), coordinating care for a diverse community of 2 million people across 38 communities spanning from Pasadena to Pomona.
