Once upon a time, South Park was mostly known for hosting Sports and Concerts and fattening tapas LA Live. Since the early 90s SP has been DTLAs hospitality giant thanks to its luxury hotels ready to host travelers connected to the LA Convention Center. In the past five years, the area recently began building luxury lofts and high rises. These buildings are slated for mixed-use with more and more retail space being allotted for health and fitness stations each day.
