It’s the 7th Annual Stay Healthy DTLA, that special time of year when Downtown Weekly invites all to ignite their inner athlete, improve their diets, and take the necessary time it takes to rest before hitting the pavement.
From yoga studios to high-intensity interval training (HIIT), it’s time to burn calories and build muscle.
Soak up the views of the city as we discover the joy of dance, or let loose in the great outdoors. DTLA’s urban parks are always available for a brisk walk or cycling session and are even known to host nighttime festivals for dancing.

The 7th Annual Stay Healthy DTLA is community supported, inviting local businesses to join us in this initiative. For a limited time only, participating businesses will receive discounted print ads, newsletter announcements, informative articles, and an opportunity to be showcased in front of thousands of people across social media and in print.
