Shohei Ohtani Buys A Mansion Just Minutes away from Dodger Stadium
It’s been a whirlwind 2024 for Los Angeles Dodgers Superstar Shohe Ohtani. After signing a ten year contract for $700 million, Shohei Ohtani just splurged $7.85 million for a modern mansion in La Cañada Flintridge.
The seller was none other than comedian Adam Carolla, who snapped up the property for $7.32 million back in 2018. Built in 2013, the three-story home covers 7,327 square feet and sits on nearly an acre. Its sleek modern exterior opens up to midcentury-inspired interiors — blending stone, glass and wood under skylights and clerestory windows.
Ohtani’s new palace boasts a custom kitchen, an indoor-outdoor living room — and top-notch amenities like a movie theater, a sauna, a gym and a basketball court. There are five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, including a primary suite with a balcony and a spa tub.
